Hosting a fundraising event benefiting Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains helps provide health, hope and healing to the kids and families in our care. Whether you would like to put on a chili cook-off, start your own 5k run/walk or host a gala, we’re here to help and are so grateful for your support!

Complete an event registration form to get started

We would like to gather as much information as possible about your proposed fundraising event idea. We will review your registration form and contact you within five business days. Once your event has been approved, a community partner event representative will be in touch with you regarding next steps.

Please note, by hosting an event, you agree that you have reviewed our event guidelines.

FUNDRAISING EVENT REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in fundraising for Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains. The purpose of this form is to gather as much information as possible about your proposed fundraising idea. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Call our main number at 303-922-3433, and ask for the Development Department.

Submit this form at least 60 days before your fundraising event begins. The Special Events Committee will review and evaluate your request and you will receive a reply within five business days.

Until your event is approved, use of the Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains name, logo, or any of its licensed marks is strictly prohibited. Please read our Special Events Guidelines and our Logo and Brand Standards.

AGREEMENT: Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM) welcomes fundraising proposals for review, but choosing to submit a proposal does not obligate LFSRM to enter into a fundraising program with you. Additionally, you should agree to give all funds raised to LFSRM no later than 30 days after your program has ended. By submitting a fundraising proposal you agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with the proposal and hereby release and hold harmless Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains entities, their directors, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or in connection with the event, including without limitation any personal injuries or damages to property that may occur in conjunction with your proposal. Although LFSRM welcomes third-party fundraising events and promotions, we must approve all events in advance. LFSRM maintains the right to decline events. This is an important safeguard in preserving the integrity of the name and reputation of Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains, as well as our commitment to our donors. If LFSRM agrees to enter into a fundraising program with you, all written, electronic or printed fundraising program materials containing LFSRM logos or trademarks, before and after your fundraising begins, must comply with graphic standards and must be submitted to us for approval before printing or circulation.*

We provide help and support to children and families during their most challenging times regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
