Benefits

Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 hours a week or more are eligible for health insurance package, other optional coverages, and flexible spending account which starts the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

LFSRM offers 3 plans to employees through United Health Care, including an option paired with a Health Savings Account with agency match. In addition prescription coverage provided with each plan.

We offer 2 dental options through Humana Dental including a high coverage option.

Our UHC vision plan provides employees with an exam every 12 months, lenses/contacts once every 12 months and frames once every 24 months.

FSA and FSA (DCAP) allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance. A dependent care FSA, also known as a Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) allows individuals to use pre-tax dollars for daycare or dependent care expenses.

This voluntary insurance offers up to $500,000 in coverage.

This voluntary coverage provides income protection in the event of childbirth or disability.

LFSRM employees have the opportunity to enroll in other insurance options which cover hospital, critical illness, and accident expenses.

LFSRM offers voluntary pet insurance through Nationwide to help cover veterinary expenses.

LFSRM offers a voluntary 401(K) retirement plan through TransAmerica Retirement Solutions. Eligibility begins after 6 full months of employment.

LFSRM offers a a mobile phone reimbursement or access to an agency mobile phone for use depending on job duties.

Employees regularly scheduled 20+ hours per week accrue paid vacation time. Accrual rate is 3 weeks 1-5 years, 4 weeks 5-10 years, and 5 weeks after 10 years.

Employees working 15+ hours are eligible for the 13 agency designated holidays and 1 personal holiday.

As an additional step to promote staff wellness, LFSRM offers Half-Day Fridays as an option available to our regular full-time and part-time staff beginning the Friday before Memorial Day and ending the Friday before Labor Day.

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to help our employees lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work through confidential access to Licensed Professional Counselors, Legal Professionals, and Work/Life Specialists. Short-term counseling is available up to 6 visits per issue per year to help team members and members of their households.

LFSRM reimburses employees for state park entry passes in their state of residence.

LFSRM recognizes and rewards employment longevity, and life events and milestones (graduation, marriage, new family member).

Sabbatical leave is intended to provide long-term employees of LFSRM with extended time away from work for self-development and renewal, which may include activities such as travel, study, and volunteering. It is separate from vacation, PTO, and sick leave, and available for application to part-time or full-time employees who have been working for LFSRM for at least seven consecutive years.

LFSRM provides FAMLI leave to employees in CO and equivalent family support leave to employees in MT, NM, and UT.

Opportunities for hybrid work arrangements, depending on job duties.

Available to employees covered by a LFSRM Health plan option. Earn rewards for daily goals and one-time activities. Earn up to $300 in gift cards or fitness tracking devices.

LFSRM employees receive a basic AAA membership at no cost in their state of residence. AAA membership provides roadside assistance (including towing, fuel and locksmith services), emergency bicycle assistance, travel resources, and access to member only insurance coverages & financial products, identity protection, vehicle purchasing program, and a wide-array of local/national discounts.
