LFSRM’s New American Pathways Program, in partnership with Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, is offering a Soft Skills/ Customer Service Training. Goodwill Industries will share their Customer Service/Soft Skills workshop with our clients. Ms. Marina Avila will facilitate the session. Ms. Avila is a certified trainer and has decades of experience in the service sector.
